What is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer?
A Nationally Certified Personal Trainer (NCPT) is an individual who has studied a multitude of exercise concepts including exercise program design, exercise instruction, exercise science, as well as anatomy and physiology.
Prior to being certified, each trainer has to pass an intensive exam earning them their Certified Personal Trainer credential. With their knowledge of advanced exercise concepts, NCPT’s design and implement safe and effective fitness programs.
