Our Beliefs
With all of the confusing information you hear about involving nutrition and exercise on TV, from friends and family, or even read on the internet, it is difficult to know where to begin. There are more false health claims and unrealistic results in the world than there are true maintainable outcomes. To avoid all of this confusion, our Registered Dietitians and Personal Trainers are here to translate the science of nutrition and exercise into practical solutions that work. These solutions create the opportunity for each individual we work with the chance to make personalized healthy living and improved lifestyle changes that can last a lifetime.
If you think about it, our diet or the foods that we eat each day are very important in everything that we do. In other words, the food that we eat gives our bodies as well as our minds the fuel to think clearly and perform daily tasks. Here at Altitude, it is our belief that everyone should see a dietitian every year for nutrition counseling, in the same way that you would go see a dentist or your primary care doctor for your yearly exam.
Diet affects every aspect of our lives, from how we look, to how we feel, to how we move, to how we sleep, and even how we think. With diet affecting so much in our lives, it is important to have regular check-ups and involvement with a dietitian to assure that your diet is in good condition in the same way that you have yearly exams and checkups with a doctor to make sure your body is in good condition.
Are you ready to start elevating your health ? Let us get you started on your journey today!
